The Women- In-Ministry is an annual conference organized by our dear Mother-In-Israel and Wife of the General Overseer, Pst (Mrs) Folu Adeboye to build up the total woman for meaningful impact in the ministry in order to fulfill the purpose of their calling. The programme is held across all RCCG parishes and it This program stands as a beacon of empowerment, designed to equip and uplift every woman within the RCCG community on their journey of spiritual fulfillment and service.

This programme started in 1998 till date and will still continue if Jesus tarries.
